the storm before the calm...

you read that right!  why is it?  that the house always looks worse as you are working so hard to clean and make it look better??  today we are working hard to clean for CHRISTmas and company.  we (the kids and i) are planning to make tomorrow a fun day, no cleaning (except up after the fun we have) and no fighting.  just precious time spent together, games, cookies, crafts and music!  so why does it always seem like it is worse before it gets better?  i guess it doesn't matter...i have a promise that will come at the end, and it is BETTER!!
