Very scared, this is the start of something very sinister!!

i depart from my normal posting, the family, food, school, related musings of this busy mom to post political.  if you wish not to read further, i understand!  if you do, please remember that comments should be always in good taste (you don't have to agree with me!  if you don't, please use common decency for creating dialogue!).

i have just read this article...obamacare has provisions for involuntary home visits?  this doesn't seem good...i continue to read, there are certain groups mentioned...

"• Families where mom is not yet 21;
• Families where someone is a tobacco user;
• Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities, and
• Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States."

these seem broad to me.  these don't seem to regularly pose public health dangers?  what am i missing??

the first one was our family, i was just 20 when my son was born and we didn't have any public assistance, we have always provided, and we have prospered because of our hard work...none of the governments business then!

tabacoo use, in my opinion, is a major hazard to your health, i would campaign that you quit! BUT, this is a decision for you to make!  (wanted to post a personal note here that i chose not to, my tone could offend and that is not my plan!)

forcing those with disabilities to have home visits is over reaching and not part of the plan for government as set up by our forefathers!  this term can also include just about anybody, it is BROAD!!!  who determines if someone is low achievement, has delays, or disabilities?  we think we understand that this would mean someone with and iep, or diagnosed by a professional, the problem lies in the wording...just because we assume that is what it means, doesn't mean it says that.  there is NO wording here to define which only means it is left open for anyone to interpret any way!

the families of military should not be signaled out to be visited by the government!  they put their lives on hold to protect and serve and what they get in return is forced, un-authorized home visits?  to accomplish what?

these are my rants as a citizen in defense of my fellow americans!  now the part that scares me for my family...

intervention?? 

"Intervention," he added, quoting Brown, "may be with any family for any reason. It may also result in the child or children being required to go to certain schools or taking certain medications and vaccines and even having more limited – or no – interaction with parents. The federal government will now set the standards for raising children and will enforce them by home visits.”

THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT GET TO RAISE MY KIDS!  this is MY God-given responsibility!  there is nothing in the constitution that says the government gets to dictate any of the aforementioned things for my family!  i believe in "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"

obamacare is the death of the constitution and america as a great nation!  be afraid, be very afraid!  combat with prayer and vigilance, take a stand and spread a revolution with me!!
